He is a Hall of Famer in the world of hockey. The name edgar kahn played in Detroit, Michigan, from 1923 – 1924. He was the team captain of 1924. He played on the first hockey team at Michigan under Coach Joseph Barss. During his first year, the team only had nine members. He was an outstanding forward for two seasons (1922-1923 and 1923-1924) and was elected captain during his senior year. Eddie Kahn scored the first goal in Michigan Ice Hockey history on 12 January 1923 in a game against Wisconsin. He finished his study from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1924 and became a neurosurgeon. Dr. Eddie Kahn passed away on 29 August 1985.

He played as a professional ice hockey player from 1966 to 1978. He is also known as one of the greatest hockey players of all time. Orr, a 1979 Hockey Hall of Fame inductee, won the Calder Trophy as the top rookie in the NHL in 1966-67; the Norris Trophy as the greatest defenseman in the association eight times, and still a record in eight seasons, from 1967-68 through 1974-75; the Art Ross Trophy as the highest scorer in the NHL in 1969-70 and 1974-75, the only defenseman ever to win it; the Hart Trophy as League MVP in 1969-70, 1970-71 and 1971-72; and the Conn Smythe in both Stanley Cup-winning seasons as the MVP of the playoffs.…
