HOW TO ORDER

- There is no minimum order, it is possible to purchase also a single item.
- We reserve the possibility of not shipping products which, at the time of ordering, are out of stock, out of catalogue or have not been delivered by suppliers.

PAYMENT
There are two modes of payment:
- COD upon receipt of the goods. The customer will pay the sum indicated on the parcel (inclusive of the value of the total of goods ordered and eventual shipping and forwarding costs).
- Postal money order: payable only after receipt of our confirmation of the costs of the order calculated on the basis of eventually missing and/or replaced items..

SHIPPING COSTS
- payment by postal money order: NIL
- COD payment: € 7.50
- Orders exceeding € 110.00: NIL in both cases
To make sure to benefit of the write-off of shipping costs it is indispensable to indicate some reserve items in your order, in order to provide to the substitution of eventual missing items.

SHIPMENT
- The goods will be shipped to the address given by the customer via Poste Italiane SpA, in "jiffy-bag" type packaging, with a packing list indicating all ordered items. In case of absence on delivery, the parcel can be picked up at the Post Office within three days of the notification date.
SHIPMENT ABROAD
WARNING: shipping and forwarding costs for orders coming from abroad are to be borne fully by the receiver and are liable to changes for dimensions, weight and of course destination.
Bear in mind that not always it will be possible to quantify them in advance as we have no possibility to check the forms and rates of various handlers in foreign countries.
PAYMENT FOR ORDERS ABROAD
In the countries where COD payment is not possible, the good will be shipped only upon receipt of advance payment by Postal money order or bank transfer.

RETURNED GOODS
- Returns are only accepted if proper advance authorization is received.
- In any case the eventual returned goods must be sent by ordinary mail (NEVER byCOD)
and must include the packing list and specify the reason for returning, to the following address:

- Returned goods will only be accepted in case of defective goods, goods damaged at the origin, or goods shipped by mistake.
- Returns not authorized or sent by COD will not be accepted.
- In case of defects, the customer must specify the type of defect and the exact point where the defect was found.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with the ordered goods (reasons of artistic value or of personal taste excluded), he can return them within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The items must be substantially sound and in original condition, and the parcel, complete with packing list, must be sent to the above listed address.
The "escape clause" provides for a reimbursement only for amounts in excess of € 25,82 with in any case a notification by the customer by recorded delivery (without advice of delivery).
Suoni e Armonie srl will , within the delay provided by law, refund the amount due net of shipment costs.

INVOICING
Tax laws do not permit the issuing of an invoice after the actual shipment of the goods, therefore the invoice must always be requested with the order, filling up the appropriate space and providing the VAT registration number.
Catalogue prices do not include VAT in application of current regulations. In non case invoices will be issued after the date of shipment of the goods.
